We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Costs:

We offer free overnight shipping on all orders with a cart size of INR 2499. We utilize reliable courier partners like Blue Dart and Delhivery for our Air & surface shipments and Amazon or E-kart for only Ground shipments.
Delivery Times:
Expedite Shiping takes 1-2 business days for all metro cities with the airport and 2-3 business days for all non-metro cities (within 200km range of a domestic airport)
Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 3-7 business days for Non-metro or sub-urban cities.
For rural locations, we send only via India Post (speed post)

While we offer Expedite overnight shipping, please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Factors such as unforeseen logistical challenges, courier delays, and delivery location can affect the actual delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. We will, however, provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions:

Clearly state any shipping restrictions of any products may not be eligible for overnight shipping due to size or fragility.
Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Claim Policy

We take every precaution to ensure your aquarium products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, you must follow these steps to be eligible for a damage claim:

Unboxing Video: You must record a time-stamped video of the unboxing process within one hour of delivery. The video must clearly show the original sealed packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product.

Notification: Notify us of the damage within one hour of delivery by contacting us at [Your Contact Email] or [Your Phone Number]. Please include your order number, the tracking number, and the video of the unboxing.

Claim Review: We will review your claim and the accompanying video. If the damage claim is deemed valid, we will, at our discretion, either reship the damaged product or issue a refund for the damaged item.

Important: Damage claims will not be accepted without a time-stamped video of the unboxing process within the specified timeframe. Claims made after 12 hour of delivery will also not be considered.
